EPA enforcement alert

A coworker passed along EPA's March 2009 Enforcement Alert today.  The publication highlights the Obama administration's intent to focus government enforcement action on CAFOs.  Given the impact that CAFOs have on water quality throughout the U.S., increased enforcement action has the potential to produce significant environmental benefits.
